  Our group fitness instructors are simply the best!  Some have been teaching for 20 years now. They provide our members with over 70 motivating classes per week.Choose between Stretch ’n’ Tone, Zumba, Pilates, Boot Camp, Intro Step, BODY PUMP, Spinning, Aquafit, yoga...and the list goes on!!!
