As an affiliate of the Lifesaving Society, Cedar Springs prioritizes water safety and education for all swimmers.
2024 Swimming Lessons
Programs offered:
- Private and Semi-private swim lessons
- Group lessons
- Family, adult and toddler classes
- Leadership classes, Bronze Star
Lessons are offered Mon-Thursday 5-8pm & Sat-Sun 9-1pm.
- Group lessons will have a maximum of 5 swimmers.
- Pre-school Lessons are for children under the age of 6.
- Swimmer Lessons are for children above the age of 6.
*Semi-private lessons are offered to candidates who have pre-arranged the pairing.

Summer 2024 Swim Lesson Request Form
Summer 2024 Swim Lesson registration is now open! Summer lessons will run July 2nd to August 26th for an 8 week session (Monday evening lessons will run 7 weeks due to the August 5th Civic Holiday). Each child is entitled to one make up lesson per session regardless of time missed. The make-up must be scheduled via email. Make-up times can be booked in free slots during the week or we will have a make-up week running August 27th, 28th and 29th 5pm-8pm.
The group days and times are at the bottom of the registration form. If you have questions regarding the Lifesaving society level system please email us.
This form is just a request, you are not fully registered until you receive a confirmation email to make payment. Please make payment as soon as possible to successfully secure your spot. If you have any questions please email Lauren at swimming@cedarspringsclub.ca.

Bronze Star
- Fill out the above Lesson Request form with your information ,prefered days/times and lesson type.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us with a lesson day and time. This spot will be held for you until you (a) make payment or (b) email that the slot does not work for you.
- Show up to your first swim lesson!
*Leadership classes will only run if a minimum number of 3 candidates are signed up.
